The second or third question guests usually ask me is “What do people do for a living around here?” Exasperated I tell them the people do everything Americans do except there are many more farmers and craftspeople. Dino collects the trash and recyclables so I see him almost everyday. He’s also a farmer and my go to guy if my orto doesn’t produce enough oil. He always has oil to sell.
Always friendly, Dino has a lovely wife and two sons. He didn’t mind pausing from work to let me take his picture for this project. Thanks Dino
